  • Amanda Baise

    Amanda has been with Tim Frank Septic since January 2020.  Amanda can be found in the office scheduling appointments, handling account receivables, data entry and day to day office duties.  Amanda can answer questions to determine what services are needed so the proper equipment is sent to complete the job.  Amanda enjoys the outdoor. She loves to hunt, go 4-wheeling and camping with her husband and two daughters. 

  • Carla Lechene

    Carla has been with Tim Frank Septic since 2010. Carla can be found in the office scheduling appointments, handling accounts receivables, data entry and day to day office duties. Carla can answer questions to determine what services are needed so the proper equipment is sent to complete the job. Carla enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports and being outdoors. She loves all animals big or small, but when it comes to cats, she would take them all.

  • Carol Frank

    Carol has been with Tim Frank Septic since 1988, when she married Tom. Carol is the Vice President, and can be found in the office scheduling appointments, handling billing and day to day office duties. Carol can answer almost any questions and is able to determine what services are needed so the proper equipment is sent to complete the job. Carol is the mother of two grown children and has two grandsons who she loves spending time with. She enjoys camping with her family and friends and her two Corgi’s.

     

  • Don Parnaby

    Don has been with Tim Frank Septic since 1992. Don is an Ohio Waste Haulers Association Qualified Service Provider. Don can usually be found in a tank truck. Customer Service is an important thing to Don and his customers know it. The office receives numerous calls from customers complimenting his knowledge and ability to help them.Don enjoys just about any kind of outdoor activity.

  • Gary Baise

    Gary has been with Tim Frank Septic since 2001. Gary is an Ohio Waste Haulers Association Qualified Service Provider and a National Association of Wastewater Transporters Certified Inspector. Gary can be found daily in the Service truck. He can take care of all your needed septic repairs along with your sewer & drain cleaning needs. Gary enjoys fishing, hunting, 4-wheeling and camping with his family. He spends his free time helping his girls with their Geauga County 4-H animal projects.

  • Greg Frania

    Greg has been with Tim Frank Septic since April 2012. Greg is a retired water and wastewater operator and a Deacon in the Catholic Church. Greg is responsible for the operation and maintenance of our wastewater disposal facility. Greg lives with his wife Kathy and they have two grown children and two grandchildren. Greg loves the outdoors, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Jake Parnaby

    Jake has been with Tim Frank Septic since June 2019.  Jake is a certified diesel mechanic.  Some days Jake can be found in the shop keeping all the trucks rolling other days he is in the truck providing residential and commercial customers with great service.  Jake enjoys camping, hunting and truck and tractor pulls.

  • John Lanzone

    John has been with Tim Frank Septic since March 2014. John has been a great addition to our team and takes a lot of pride in his work. John can normally be found on a tank truck providing our residential and commercial customers with great customer service. John and Beth live in Geauga County and enjoy spending time with their daughters and friends. John enjoys bowling, camping and fishing.

  • Justin Farris

    Justin has been with Tim Frank Septic since March 2020.  Justin can be found daily in the service truck. He can take care of all your needed septic repairs along with sewer & drain cleaning needs.  Justin enjoys riding dirt bikes, being outdoors and being around his friends and family. 

  • Mike Rose

    Mike has been with Tim Frank Septic since 1994. Mike is an Ohio Waste Haulers Association Qualified Service Provider. Mike can almost always be found in a tank truck. Mike takes pride in his work and his ability to help customers who are having trouble. Mike enjoys spending his free time with his son and granddaughter.

  • RJ Lundstrom

    RJ has been with Tim Frank Septic since May 2014. RJ has been a great addition to our team and takes pride in helping protect the local streams and waterways from pollution. RJ is a Class A wastewater operator and can be found daily in a service truck servicing and managing commercial wastewater plants and providing service for residential aeration systems. He is an avid fly fisher and enjoys spending time outside.

  • Todd Frank

    Todd is the son of Tom and Carol andgrew up riding in thetruck with his Grandpa Tim or dad. Since 2003 Todd has worked summers while attending high school and college. Todd graduated from Ashland University in the spring of 2012 and joined Tim Frank Septic full time. Todd can be found in a service truck servicing and managing commercial wastewater plants. Todd holds his class 1 Wastewater license and is a Certified National Association of Wastewater Technicians Inspector. Todd enjoys gardening and cooking what he grows, watching baseball, spending time with family and playing cards and board games.

     

  • Tom Frank

    Tom is the son of Tim and Lori, the founders of the company, and was raised in the family business. He is the president of Tim Frank Septic Tank Cleaning Co. and believes that education is the most important thing in our industry both for pumpers and homeowners alike. This belief is demonstrated in his continued involvement with national and state-wide organizations: he is the past president of the National Association of Wastewater Transporters and the Ohio Waste Haulers Association. Tom is a National Association of Wastewater Transporters Certified Inspector, an Ohio Onsite Wastewater Association Qualified Installer, an Ohio Waste Haulers Association Qualified Service Provider, and a Class 1 wastewater treatment plant operator. Tom enjoys spending time with his family and friends and traveling with his camper.
