	Tim Frank Tim is very involved in the onsite wastewater industry. He is currently the president of the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association. He is the past president of the National Association of Wastewater Transporters and the Ohio Waste Haulers Association. He was a Co-Founder of the Ohio Waste Haulers Association. Tim has served on many EPA committee over the last 20 years. Even with Tim’s national responsibilities he can still be found in a service truck cleaning sewers and accessing systems.
	Lori Frank Lori has been Tim’s business partner from the very beginning, while Tim was on the truck, Lori ran the office from their home. The office is no longer in their home and is now staffed by 3 people. Lori can still be found in the office overseeing the daily activities.
	Tom Frank Tom is the son of Tim and Lori and was raised in the family business. Tom is currently the Field Supervisor. He is a class 1 wastewater treatment plant operator. Tom is currently the Ohio Waste Haulers Association president. Tom believes that education is the most important thing is our industry both for pumpers and homeowners. Tom is a National Association of Wastewater Transporters Certified Inspector, an Ohio Onsite Wastewater Association Qualified Installer and an Ohio Waste Haulers Association Qualified Service Provider. Tom attended an onsite basic electrical wastewater course to help him with his work on commercial and residential systems.
	Don Parnaby Don has been with Tim Frank Septic since 1992. Don is an Ohio Waste Haulers Association Qualified Service Provider. Don can usually be found in a tank truck. He attended an onsite basic electrical wastewater course this year, which helps in his daily work with aerators and lift pump replacement and troubleshooting. Customer Service is an important thing to Don and his customers know it. The office receives numerous calls from customers complimenting his knowledge and ability to help them.
	Mike Rose Mike has been with Tim Frank Septic since 1994. Mike is an Ohio Waste Haulers Association Qualified Service Provider. Mike can almost always be found in a tank truck. Mike takes pride in his work and his ability to help customers who are having trouble.
	Darrell Knight Darrell has been with Tim Frank Septic since 2001. Darrell is an Ohio Waste Haulers Association Qualified Service Provider. Darrell wears many hats, he can sometimes be found in a tank truck or wherever he is needed.
	Gary Baise Gary has been with Tim Frank Septic since 2001. Gary is an Ohio Waste Haulers Association Qualified Service Provider. Gary also attended an onsite basic electrical wastewater course this year to help with his ability to work with aerators and lift pumps. Gary can usually be found in the service truck with Tim or Tom cleaning sewers and gaining knowledge on how systems work.
	Carol Frank Carol has been with Tim Frank Septic since 1988. Carol can be found in the office scheduling appointments, handling billing and day to day office duties. Carol is able to answer questions to determine what services are needed so the proper equipment is sent to complete the job. Carol is also an Ohio Waste Haulers Association Qualified Service Provider.
	Terry Parnaby Terry has been with Tim Frank Septic since 1998. Terry assists in answering the phone and scheduling routine jobs. Terry handles the daily data entry. Terry is always available to assist you with your needs. Terry is also an Ohio Waste Haulers Association Qualified Service Provider.
	Buzz Buzz has been with Tim Frank Septic since 1997. Buzz can be found daily in the service truck. Though buzz has no official title, when he is not were he belongs, he lets you know.
